(In seriousness, I realize this man's excess skin is not visually appealing, but I'm giving credit where it's due. He put in the work, and he lost a shitload of weight. Second, he is presenting himself in front of the public in spite of what he surely knows is an unattractive feature, and he is facing down his own insecurities.)
There's surgery for this but it's dangerous and painful and a long recovery, not to mention expensive. And it still looks a bit silly. And this guy would have to have several procedures. Maybe he keeps it for the motivation.
Kids are taught to poison themselves with the wrong foods, because their parents were also taught to poison themselves by the government directly. The food pyramid is still used. High processed foods are taking off in places that previously didn't have them and obesity rates are soaring. The plastic, woodchip, and sugar-packed food is just one more notch in the list of crimes committed against our people in the last two centuries. I don't understand how goats hit so many other markers and miss this obvious one. PepsiCo et al, are just as bad as Monsanto.
I imagine if your family is all fat, then it seems normal. Also generational thing, whereby it's gotten much easier to get excessively fat than ever before. With the toxic chemicals, video games, apathy, and sedentary lifestyles, people get complacent.
All that hard work for that to be the final result. It's sad.
I know the discipline required to get that muscular and low bodyfat(look at his arms). It's hard. He done well. Where was this resolve when he was getting more and more obese?
I’m pretty sure you have to do that while losing the weight. Only option may be surgery which i heard can be dangerous. And even then he will look like a tranny that cut up their body.
HAHAHAH. This guy’s torso looking ljke a giant scrotum.
EDIT: This guy definitely roided due to the vascularity and size of his arms.
Most of these fitness people over 30 are full of shit and are on roids and growth. I never took anything but creatine and I had a 4-pack at 302 lbs 15 years ago. Now I don’t give a shit abiut stuff like that. I’m past middle-age and working a job and a half. Fuck all that noise.

Pretty fucking stupid take.
