IMO they give us the propaganda number. They are hyper concerned with appearances, with no regard to actual substance.
Also, China fakes everything else, why not IQ scores.

Second point, IQ test have changed A LOT compared to how they started. Once they were all about logic and problem solving, innovation, and speed. Now there is a ton of versions with crap like emotional intelligence and shit. They changed it cus women and minorities scored terribly on the original one, but on these new tests they can also compete. From my readings these new tests don't actually measure what we would consider actual intelligence. IG, it's mostly worthless.

The main problem with IQ testing is trying to compare the results from disparate regions using different tests and methodology. It's really only reliable if you test all the people at once and compare direct results. Such as how the military used to do it.
