It's so hot you can fry an egg on the pavement.
1899 article titled "How to Keep Cool" that was published in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

You are correct. In the south, we call that "Summer."

Back in 1998 (I think) we had a hot as hell Christmas Day.

My sisters and I amused ourselves frying eggs on the backyard footpath. Done to a turn and kind of a shame that they weren't eaten,

Great fun.

Just watched a coked up charlie sheen movie called The Arrival, where aliens who mimic our appearance are terraforming earth with 'alternative energy' plants to be hot enough to match their home planet. (great plot, terrible movie) It's from the 90s, and was already full of global warming propaganda.

Interesting parallels with the jews though. I think they like to put their plans in peoples faces to laugh when no one notices.

Lets cover every open space in a city with black asphalt and concrete and wonder why the ambient heat increases when it's exposed to sunlight.

And how exactly will paying more taxes and fees change anything?

If climate change is really man-made (which has yet to be proven), China and India, and most of Africa, are exempted from any climate regulation, and outnumber the west by three times or more - how exactly will the west turning off air conditioners change the climate?

Nobody has an answer to that question.

I, for one, will never give up the comforts that my ancestors shed their blood, sweat, and tears to create for us. It dishonors the legacy of my grandfather, who toiled mightily day after day in the mining industry to give his children a better life, not just economically, but also with technology.

You want to "save the environment"? Never again use any electricity or running water in your house. Never again buy any manufactured product. Do not drive or have anything delivered.

Live like my ancestors did - off their own blood and sweat. But I know you won't.

Have a great day living in the most comfortable time in human history - all due to the work and sacrifices that you want to throw away.

Spot on.
4 percent of the world's population, but only produces around 1.5 percent of its carbon emissions.
If the US was only doing its part, that second figure would be the same as the first.
In fact, due to the law of diminishing returns, the amount of effort we are putting into reducing our own meager pollution is beginning to run up against the very-real wall of the laws of physics, and, eventually, we will reach a point where it will take more energy to reduce emissions that the carbon produced to do so would meet or exceed that conserved.

tl;dr: This isn't an us problem. We did our part, now others need to do theirs.

Why let something like facts and logic get in the way of good ol' fashioned confirmation bias and ad hominem?

I just like to say its summer because it pisses you off and theres nothing you can do about it.

Fight regime-supporters and their reality-censorship, using pure mockery.

Summer IS climate change. It's going to change again in a few months.
