I have a couple silver maples out back I tap in the spring. I end up boiling sap for 8 hours every night during that time. It's a huge pain in the ass but silver maple syrup is delicious.

How can op not know this is maple syrup. Are we getting to the end times where people don't know store-bought beef comes from a slaughtered cow?
