Thank you for your concern. Co-incidentally about 5 seconds before seeing your comment I let out a loud cry of discomfort as a spasm ripped through me here at the PC as I adjusted my seating position. But I'm getting better. It's been a week of misery and from past experience it takes at least two weeks for the injury to settle down. You should never ask people about their aches and pains as you'll never get away. You can go back to reading the news now.
