they say its good for your teeth and others say this will destroy your will. who to believe? i brush my teeth with paste everyday twice and yet i still have cavities i doubt this really protects your teeth as they claim

use toothpaste with hydroxyapatite

I had a tooth pain. They gave me super flouride paste. Told me put it on the tooth pain. 2 months barely improved.

I bought hydroxyapatite toothpaste (Dr collins I think it was). After two weeks almost no pain. No pain at all now.

I've used it for like five years. My teeth feel excellent.

I also bought a water flosser and interdental picks.

Smart man. And anybody with gum issues (bleeding, inflammation, recession) should apply a paste made from baking soda and oral grade hydrogen peroxide a few times a week. Put some baking soda and a few shakes of salt in a small container. Add the peroxide a little at a time. You will be surprised at how little is required to make a paste - a bit too much and you've got soup. Use a soft bristle brush to apply it to the gumline and use gentle upstrokes to massage it into the gum pockets. The peroxide is effective against the anaerobes that make their homes there. The water pik is also good for this. There are some name brand peroxide-based rinses out there which don't contain flouride.

Your toothpaste options are Redmond Earthpaste, Dr. Bronner’s, or RiseWell.

Dr Paul Saladino doesnt even brush his teeth. He sustains himself off red meat, fruit, raw honey, and sunlight.

Teeth are bones. Get your sunlight.
