Article is actually mostly about whether or not the Supreme Court will consider a wealth tax constitutional since the amendment that instituted the income tax only authorizes income tax and a wealth tax is not attacks on income but is a tax on wealth. Interesting case that I didn't really know it was out there. Nor had I really thought about the fact that the amendment that authorized the income tax actually specifies that it has to be a tax on income which is an interesting limit.
