Weird how there have been cooling periods since the Industrial Revolution. If aggregate CO2 causes global temps to rise, there should be no cooling periods as atmospheric CO2 grows in concentration.

I grew up in Texas. I spent everyday of the summer in the community pool because it was 105 outside. This was in the late 70’s and 80’s. Every year the media breathlessly reports that the heat is unprecedented. It’s not.
