No, Michael Fay was the kid who got caned in Singapore for graffiti. The caning did little to change his attitude and he spent the rest of the 90's in and out of jail and rehab here in the states.

Otto Warmbier tried to steal a North Korean poster (called a "propaganda" poster) from his room. I think this nigger deserves to be dealt with in the same manner. When you go to a foreign country, you are obliged to follow their laws, as harsh, strict, and draconian as they may be. That is your decision when you cross the border.

There is a little neighborhood where US deserters live but they are heavily watched by NK officials and they don't have a lot of freedom. They're seen as trophies by North Koreans and they can be treated well but it's a very lonely existence. I'm sure as a nigger it'll get even more attention and restrictions.
