arms do make a lot of difference while running

her technique is meant for speeds like a half mile run.

other distances require different styles.

experiment yourself, but most important thing i ever got told was to swing in line with your motion, not in a circle.

otoh: if you watch guys who run ultramarathons (100 miles) they barely use their arms. remember: humans were pursuit predators who carried stuff in their hands while running. maybe carry a spear around while running to create the perfect stoneage exercise? good way to kill niGGers as well =)

Makes sense there'd be different arm movements to maximize energy use and expenditure for different distances.
