I have, routinely and consistently, since last February. No access to free weights though. I just work with what I've got and do what I can. Right now I'm dealing with my right arm being retarded. 🙃 Popping and clicking doing lateral raises, it'll hurt the next day where I don't really want to use that arm, and my elbow/forearm is fucked up somehow as well. Get mad pain when doing EZ bar curls and I go to set the weight down. Once I let go, I get a fun shooting pain up and down my forearm.

Apparently kettlebell swings help with that, because all it is (apparently...) is elbow tendons being stupid. As far as my rotator cuff, resistance band exercises can help with that. Light weight and external rotation stuff. So... I have to do that.

Less screen time.

Well at that point I may as well just sell everything and only work then.

I can't tell anymore. Doesn't particularly matter though. Once I'm off on my own, probably within a year, that's a wrap. Hell, I could die and it'd probably take a week or two, if not longer, for anyone to notice. There'd better not be a funeral.
