You will never hear it called that, though, because the word itself has become yet another pejorative label meant to shut down dissent and conversation.
Yeah, he does not get into that. Of course, if he was to point out every instance of how eugenics were being applied to us, or at the very least intelligent whit people, this could be a novel as opposed to an article.
And you'd be correct, but these people don't see lessening the various races as dysgenic. For instance, that one darling of the WEF, Yuval Noah Harari, who encourages genetically engineering humanity to be short, stupid, and allergic to red meat; not what I would consider eugenic, but, hey, at least the polar bears aren't going to all drown because of cow farts...
