There are loads of people who do this kind of stuff on Youtube and often times it goes no where. It varies greatly from department to department whether or not the police do anything at all. Some departments will rule a civilian sting operation as unlawful and throw out all evidence, do no investigation. Others will arrest on the spot. It's a coin flip at best.

There needs to be a class on how to do this effectively. Id sign up. What do you do for images? Needs to be a source of safe images to use so 1. you're not endangering any children and 2. to keep these fucks on the hook.
