The funny thing is the criminal justice system gives no Justice to victims. Some one else rotting in jail does nothing for a victim.
What does help victims is restitution, which a perp is less capable of giving from jail.

You're problem is that you're assuming the cops are white. That was never the case.
As far as being a broke bitch, did I not mention I paid the 90 thousand dollar bail I had in cash?
You should have seen the bailiffs face when she saw it had been paid. Obviously not many people made those bails, especially the full bail, not a bond(10%).
