I used to have terrible wrist pain when I was a wagie at a desk all day. See if you can reduce the activity thats causing the problem. My wrist is totally normal now.

Who knows. I was having alot of pain on my iliac crest for years. Some PT on youtube said to do some side leg raises for it because it was cause by a weak gluteus medius or some shit like that and other muscles were strained while compensating for it. So I started doing the leg lifts and it worked. Couldnt believe it.

Try one of these. It's better than the Neo G. The thinner elastic ones work better, but they do not last forever. I get them from local dollar stores.

As a nurse I will say hairline fractures suck. Casts don't help. But a brace, if worn for specific hours to stabilize the wounded wrist/hand, do work well. The elastic stretchy kind with the Velcro you pull tight and close is popular among nurses who need to use their hands for medpass, etc, but have limitations while healing.
If it worsens, go get x-rays.
Sometimes over stretched ligaments can feel similar to a fracture.
And ibuprofen helps inflammation.

As a sort of aside, this woman I work with just recently returned to work. She was out for like six weeks after breaking BOTH wrists. Holy hell that had to suck. She's wearing wrist braces for obvious reasons.
