There've been a number of states and sheriffs that have refused to enforce certain laws they see unjust. And yes, even law enforcement agencies like ICE that capture and deport illegals who everyday people like you and I would never go out of our own ways to do ourselves. A country NEEDS law enforcement otherwise it has no law, and a country with no law is no country at all.
