Don't pay them until the end of their term, and the amount paid is tied to how good of a job they did for the community as a whole (not special interest groups or pet classes).
And if they do a shit job, make them financially responsible for their shit job. If they import a bunch of niggers and the community goes to shit, they actually owe money at the end of their term.
Also, alternative income sources would be strictly prohibited. No kickbacks, no "speaking fees", no "endorsements", nothing. Their cost of living would be covered by the state so they don't have to worry about putting food on the table, but they don't get paid a single red cent until after they leave office.
tl;dr - Pay them for services rendered, based on performance. Don't pay them just to occupy an office.
These guys don’t give a fuck about the full salary amount they make from office. The real money is in the pay to play nest eggs they set up for themselves by colluding with the military-industrial-complex, big oil, big pharma, the financial institutions etc. They sell out the American people while in office, then become a lobbyist or senior advisor on the board to make 10xs more than they did in office. We could pay them nothing at all and it wouldn’t matter as long as they are able to sell us out. We need to execute the politicians, lobbyist and executives for colluding to commit treason. Period.
