One more reason why the only good pig is a dead pig

Donald Trump supported civil forfeiture caesars. I'll never forget a live meeting being broadcast where he was surrounded by sheriff's and one of them blurted out how it was necessary to continue the process and he agreed immediately. I just shook my head. That's what happens even if you believe he wasn't a complete corrupt controlled opposition plan that is what happens when someone doesn't have a core understanding of the reasons for individual liberty and due process in an overall sense and instead look at things item by item which leads to great erosion of civil rights.

Police state USA. This why you can't trust the thugs in blue.

Are you talking about the same Supreme Court that said slavery was perfectly legal?

I’ll clarify what I just wrote. Judges can be bought and sold. Even the highest court. The richest businesses at the time will own them. Justice is not blind. Sure there are good smart judges who follow the law as written. (Clarence Thomas is turning out to be a legal bad ass, he knows the law.) But pay attention to the news stories when they reference a Clinton appointed judge or an Obama appointed judge. Even a trump appointed judge. If justice were blind wouldn’t all their rulings be the same? They are absolutely not. Justice is not blind, it’s political.

I'm glad the Supreme Court will hear the case and of course the obvious answer should be that really the items shouldn't be seized without probable cause and if they are a seized there should be a hearing within a week or two that is at a time. That is viable for the person whose property was seized including a video conferencing option to anybody and if that is not hell that the property is giving back to the person and their compensated for any damages or loss of use.

I mean that would be the obvious answer without even reviewing the merits of the case because it's a simple thing that doesn't require a reviewing any merits of the case cuz the only thing that matters is the constitution.

Eliot Ness was the bad guy and Al Capone was good.

They were both shitty.
