So ... I think i kinda get it. A large part of it was my fault, but the reasonings are so obscure, i feel better off not working there anymore.
I accidentally billed for juneteenth (the day). I was actually working that day, but HR scolded me for muh reperations, told me I should have been off instead. It was so bad they went out of their way to yank my timesheet, just to mark myself absent that day. Lying is A-ok when diversity is involved!
I accidentally said i was working weekends. They didn't care that i was working weekends ... just that i mentioned it on a call. My boss said he also worked weekends, but I never saw him online. Needless to say, he was very concerned
Sounds like i simply pissed off the wrong diversity hires and called out a liar, so they got rid of me.

If you were an employee, you should talk to your local DA about this. It's a big no-no to forge timesheets. They can dock your pay, but they can't say you didn't work.
If you weren't an employee, then they can't tell you when you can and can't work, at least for something like that, meaning they breached your contract. Look over your contract or bring it to a lawyer to seek recompense. You could be entitled to the remainder of what would have been owed had you completed the contract.
I'm serious. If you let this go because you're scared, you're not only a bitch, but also complicit in the same wokism you're complaining about.
If they told you to mark that you were off for Juneteenth and weekends and you were hourly you may have an FLSA lawsuit. If you were fired for putting in actual hours worked you may still have a lawsuit. If you were fired for working a day you weren’t supposed to but you were paid properly, you probably dont have a lawsuit.
Take a'highly' <wink wink> trained, power mad individual who's never actually worked in the company's industry or dealt directly with customers. Now give that person the power of life or death over every single other employee in the company except for a few of the top management.
Now make that person a nigger or some other diversity hire.
You were fucked from day 1. You are so much better off to be rid of the place.
HR is just one of the ways the Cultural Marxists are destroying Western civilization. It's all done under the guise of morality and fairness but the reality is it's about power and subjugation. Accordingly it attracts borderline psychopaths.
I was musing about HR the other day, and I think it was because of a post here. Regardless, jews love being in HR positions because there's no meaningful work and they get to decide who stays and who goes. It's like how they've infiltrated other sectors of White societies. Control who works there and you control the company.
Now make that person a nigger or some other diversity hire.
I was gonna say, "Short, fat, single mom; drives a Nissan; child seat in back for mystery-meat crotchfruit; visible black spade tattoo, but will still date an older, divorced White guy lacking prospects who also just so happens to have a lot of money."
HR grads have traditionally mostly been women. I suspect this is because HR is viewed more as a social ie. soft science, closer to Home Economics. This makes it more attractive to the female temperament. Though interestingly all of the research that grew into HR as a discipline, mostly as a result of the post WW2 boom period, was done by men.
I've known 2 types of HR individuals over the years: 1. the recent graduate who's got all of the answers and who is going to help make the company better by forcing their training and knowledge AKA their will upon the workers "for the right reasons", and 2. the jaded professional who no longer cares about anything except that they are right and you are wrong and woe betide you if you don't dance to their tune.
It's worthwhile noting that newly minted Engineers are typically and emphatically in the 1st group. However they are forced to work under the auspices of older, more experienced engineers who also happen to be accountable for their charges. This way the new engineers hopefully learn that they are in fact not God and that they need to listen to others when making decisions. Whereas HR employees are without exception hired and then given carte blanche to handle the unpleasant mess that is dealing with employees, which so happens is something that modern senior management with their focus on bottom line and etc. are loath to do.
Anyhow every single HR that I've had to deal with has been female. And every single one was a loathsome, mean-spirited bitch.
Before the abomination that is HR companies had a Personnel department that was more often than not staffed by employees who had come up through the ranks or who at least had previously worked in line positions in the industry. They had an understanding of both the workers and the industry as well had shown good interpersonal skills. These people, often but not always female, were trusted by both the workers and management and actually performed a valuable service within the company.
There is actually a movement away from the HR department and back to Personnel, though whether this is just for show is yet to be seen. If they have even one person with an HR certificate then it's going to be fucked.
My dad was a trader back when the stock market was the stock market, and he made a shit ton of money. It was an office job, albeit he wasn't in his office but on the company's trading floor (he never worked at an exchange).
He was able to financially provide for us, and take us on vacation to make up for the parenting and nurturing he never did. I would have traded his 6-figure salary for mid-high 5-figures and a real father.
Call a lawyuh, sounds like they may have fucked up. Seriously, depending on your State laws you may be entitled to something, at least be able to collect unemployment while you look for a better opportunity.
Unemployment protip: some states allow you to draw a part-time paycheck up to your weekly unemployment amount, with the former deducted from the latter, allowing you to draw out your benefits while also keeping your schedule somewhat free to job hunt instead of being stuck working a straight 40+ hours. Even better if it's seasonal employment, which can count towards your pay-in, meaning you could potentially draw again when you're laid off for the season (if not, then the next 52-week cycle.)
I once thought something a company was doing seemed suspicious. They had done the same thing to many employees before me so I was initially going to do nothing. I changed my mind and sought professional guidance. Turned out the company was doing something wrong, they got fined almost a million dollars and had to completely restructure their company. It turns out that a lot of these companies bank on the idea their their staff is to stupid or lazy to actually do something.
Damn. That’s dirty. Make sure you get paid for that Juneteeth day. Where do you work? Is the area 80% Black? I’m in NYC and I share my separatist views with anyone who will listen and it takes me real long to get canned. For Whites in depressed, rust belt areas looking for work, if you’re not a pussy, come here and work. Jobs are ABUNDANT and your competition are fucking RETARDS. Stay here for 3 year and go back to where you’re from in 3 years and put 20% down on a house.
Kike banks run NYC. That's why there's more work and jobs. They put all their money there. The rust belt doesn't have that luxury. Stop using their money you fucking morons. Use bitcoin and crypto as much as you can. You can't keep giving their money (us dollars) power and expect to win.
It's the same reason West Virginia and Kentucky are poor. Kikes HATE those states because the goyim really know there yet the people are too retarded to understand they are giving them power through just using US dollars. They would be far better forming their own state currency or just using bitcoin.
