I actually think that men should vote if they are white (test required, rubric needed), >30 yrs, not convicted of crime, and have worked >= 7 years in a wealth producing, non-bureacratic job (card dealer, banker, college professor etc., dont count).

Women should vote if they are married and have birthed 2 kids. And are older than 30. And white haha.

Both sexes should be required to pass a civics test which should disqualify the stupidest 10 or 20%.

Divorce should be disqualifying.

It doesnt matter if theres one vote or two per household. It doesnt matter if 100 million people vot or 200 million. The important part is to have the right people voting and you presumable want to reward people for having families. Requiring women to marry and have kids first to vote ties that activity to civic duty, incentivizes it.

I don't really care one way or another as it's very obvious when someone starts using alts to upvote or downvote due to the sudden shift in upvote/downvote patterns in regards to content.

That being said, it probably won't harm anything making upvotes/downvotes visible.
