You just described my professional life over the last 6 years. It has been brutal. I was the COO for the second largest bail bond company in the 5th largest market in the country. Thanks to NaTiOnAl bAiL rEfOrM and AfFiRmAtIve AcTiOn, I am now a shipping clerk at mid sized printing company where I was passover for a scrum master position by our Indian IT manager so they could bring up a Hispanic female half my age. But hey, at least I can scan boxes all day with no hope of advancement!

The Jew has basically spent the entire post-war period in the west rigging the competitive hierarchy to replace talented domestic people (read as: white males) with talented (and sometimes untalented) foreign people and untalented domestic people. Anybody who has worked in corporate settings in the last several decades has watched the shift in workplace culture and promotion decisions. Then, you have the mutilated education system hierarchy inseminating the work force hierarchy's ass on a daily basis. It's a big pipeline of replacement - a 'soft war' they're calling it.
