Did anyone ask Why? It is the destruction of America by liberal/communism protected by the lies of MSM. Trump had the record economy and the record low unemployment just three years ago. NO ONE voted for this destruction of America and MSM protects it.
To drive the current residents out so they can start collecting those sweet federal dollars for housing migrants. Guaranteed occupancy rate combined with guaranteed payment.
So personally if I had that much of a rent jump I'd take it as a opportunity to talk with other residents and start planning on not paying anything at all while slowly moving stuff to family and try to enjoy living at the place rent free until I was forcibly evicted by cops.
Make it so expensive to try to remove people who live there, that the apartment complex would have a hard time to recover funds even years after this event. Bonus points if they can take anything of value from that company.
If they want to be greedy fucks who want to fuck over a bunch of people then they deserve to get community backlash that ruins them.
