How HT could win every court case. Say he is acting as a "First Amendment Auditor"


And "constitutional rights auditors "are a well-established thing on youtube. So there is precedent and history. He doesn't stand alone as one.

And what these "Auditor" people do on YouTube is intentionally push the limits of their rights to enable protection of their rights and to bring attention to those rights to the public and to law enforcement.

Then no matter what his actions or what he says or what he distributes, the case becomes not about that but about the existence of his right to say or do those things and distribute that literature.


As an auditor to be effective your action must be the most offensive and attention getting to push the limits of the rights to establish and reestablish and reassert the legality of those rights everywhere you go. This gives legal necessity to the extreme nature of the actions.

For example flying a Nazi flag in front of a synagogue. Or calling Jews bad names. In order to retain the full expression and nature of the First amendment one must continue to hold the line on the fence of the law to the extreme so the fence doesn't shrink. Therefore extreme speech and extreme literature is not only justified but a necessity.

There are hundreds if not thousands of them on youtube. All you have to do to find these auditors is search phrases like auditor or second amendment auditor or First amendment auditor or fourth amendment auditor etc etc.

HT is in great company and in many of these auditors cases they have been to court and they have successfully gotten judgments that they have a right to do these extreme things which shows some precedent that any judge could be informed of in a new case.

Here is a perfect example of a channel and auditing that has become so well known that a state has actually instructed its law enforcement people that they exist and how to handle them and it's gotten local news coverage even though the news media coverage tries to be against the auditor
