WAIT A MINUTE...something isn't right with how this is presented, the wording is off...scars are permanently imprinted and there's a subconscious concern that a person has with them even if well covered up and this concern could have an overriding effect on behavior, in that the scar may not be visible to an outsider but the insider knows it's there and as such acts out in a reserved manner...I'm going to study this, maybe I'm wrong but I think there's something not right with the way it's presented.

Yeah I think his wording at the beginning was slightly ambiguous. When he said that they put scars on the women it's very likely that they just painted on the scars, as the other option would involve cutting their faces... It would also explain how they were able to easily remove the scars completely during the "touch-up" process.

The fake scarring is obvious but he's relating to how those scars are subconsciously perceived and linked to an unconscious bias or affection either pity or dislike...put a blindfold on the one doing the interview and see what the results are...the gist of it is understood but that's not how it works in the real world. I've been involved in too many interactions, contractually, judicially, honorably, every word means something and being responsible for the people who trust you to make the right decision and will go into any situation, financially damaging, life threatening or otherwise, without doubting your integrity, is a heavy burden to bear...those whom respond to your command do so in accordance with how you interpreted the words/wording of the agreement/understanding/contract awarded or entrusted to you...all my years and I got stung once for 150K all because I thought I understood what was meant...never happened a second time...that's the problem today, nobody takes the "word" seriously....
