This woman spent years having those tubes smacking her in the face. Countless hours learning this craft and that waitress could give zero fucks about it.

Looking closely there are only two movements that she actually does and I actually think they'd probably not be that hard to master in a short period of time.

The first one which she does a lot at the beginning is just shifting the flat roller when it's laying flat on her foot from one foot to the other. She's just tossing it from one foot to the other and quite frankly I don't think that would take that long to learn.

Then the other movement that she does is rotating the log on her foot. And again really I don't think that would take that long to learn.

Everything else she does well looks kind of complicated is actually just those two movements and the first movement that she the log shift from one leg to the other she's just gotten so good at that it shouldn't have to think about it so she can concentrate on rotating the other log.

all she just shifts it remaining log from one foot to the other as she shifts the rotating log.

So there's not that much to her act really.

The truth of the matter is if she wasn't a attractive woman doing this this would be considered a ridiculous act. I mean imagine some dude doing this. he would just get laughed out of the hall.
