I was tempted to sell down for a nice new townhouse and no mortgage

Value having food security more.
I rear a few beefies every year, sell most to pay land tax. One is enough to feed us a whole year.

Works out to $3 a kilo as I don't butcher it myself.

We also raise ten Lambs a year, four for us.
Those come to $2 a kilo.

That's grass fed, no vaccines red meat.

Occasionally trade cuts for local fish and or venison.

Seriously, are you people that retarded that you would pay $109 for "3 lbs of meat re-hydrated", which is actually 3/4 of a lb(12 oz), and then proclaim it to be absolutely delicious? WTF?

But rest assured, as these are NOT:
These are NOT “leftover” cubes procured from wholesalers. Our beef cubes are just shy of qualifying for our steak and premium roast lines.

So, they're fucking leftovers fucker!

Are you making your sous vide beef cubes, the whole shit is just fucking ridiculous.

Fuck it, I'll continue buying the a full cryovac Ribeye/Strip for $200-500, and guess what, each 1 lb. steak works out to be anywhere from $8-16 / lb.

Yes, they us antibiotics, and might even be throwing in some GMO grain to feed them, but there is no proof that the MRNA bullshit has hit the food chain yet, and judging from the reaction that was had on that entering the pork eco-system, I don't see any companies trying to introduce that.

At any rate, I can do what ever I want with it, and usually get a nice amount of tallow to boot. Oh, that is just for steaks, if I want ground beef, just get a bottom / top round, then you get steaks and shit for grinding.

Im a vegetarian. I havent eaten beef in 35 years. The cost of meat or whether it has RNA in it doesnt really effect me.

I get it, but on the same token, buy a 1/4 cow from your local farmer before you start supporting that flaming faggot Jim Hoft.

I'll believe in Costcos supply chain before I take anything coming from that (((cock gurgler))).
