I've been noticing a few videos with the following pattern.
1 Claim is made 2 Video is provided 3 At first glance video seems to support claim, but is very short and inexplicably ends at the point one would inspect it for more detail 4 Ultimately you can't tell if the claim was true or what is actually happening
In this one for example, you can't tell if a person is even holding the light, who they are, or if it's even a police officer.
I appreciate all the France coverage, just not sure about the videos that follow this pattern.

There was once an idea on old youtube that the correct length for a video was 4:30, and anything over would just dilute the point. Maybe there should be a bottom threshold on a video. I'd say 15 seconds. Even that's pretty low, but lower there isn't time to observe context and see a thing after observing context. So the OP is given 100% of the power in providing context when maybe it should be 50:50.
If something is shorter than 15 seconds it is for certain propaganda. If it is longer then it it is only probably propaganda.
I'd agree, but I'm seeing on telegram mostly videos shorter than 14 seconds... those anyone can watch in browser, also with translated text, maybe that is the reason for short vids. Also seems they use snapchat app or maybe marcopolo app too, latter has US based servers https://t.me/s/PrimaVigilia/631
