Good. Airbnb fucked up the housing market and all those landlords and property management companies that bought houses, apartments and condos with their PPP loans during the pandemic are finally facing reality and their ignorance and greed from inflating the shit out of the short-term rental market will finally bite them in the ass. An overabundance of Airbnb type rentals coupled with extremely high prices and cleaning fees will eventually end in disaster.
Fuck all Airbnb & VRBO landlords. They're finally getting what they deserve.

Airbnb is a fad and an experience. When you pay $250+ in cleaning fees and then the place you stay in is dirty.Then they ask you to clean up after yourself.After doing Airbnb a few times ill be staying at hotels from now on.

I live in tourist district and I assure you airbnbs are highly coveted. The govt is fighting to shut them down because they are too popular and overwhelming public services with the load (traffic etc)

As an ex airbnb host I would be so glad to see that company fail! Fucking total cunts based out of San Francisco.

I had a class c misdemeanor and they kicked me off and canceled all my bookings. Total horse shit and would only reply by email. It was a fucking 5 second bar fight guy pushed me first I refused to plea and lost. Even the judge at the end said why are we here there's a hundred of these in a weekend and don't go to trial.

Anyways long story short they are a fuckng shit company end of story

Here is a story where airbnb disputes this. Not surprising as the tweet is sorted upside down which forces it to look bad, but doesnt show the up side of the list. This is deceptive.

Anyway. Airbnb stock is doing fine so the market isn't worried.
