In German, you capitalize all nouns. In English, you only capitalize proper nouns.

Since jews apparently don't consider "White" a proper noun or proper adjective in the context of our people, as they refuse to capitalize it, even though they do capitalize "Black" in their press, it's only fair we return the favor.

If anything, it makes more sense in their case. Since jews are not a people, as there are jews of just about every race. And jews are not a religion, as there are many atheist jews. The whole concept of jewishness is clearly just a social construct.
