Her sister said when she was growing up she never thought she was black she thought she was indian. And if you look at close-ups of her you will see she uses makeup to make her face look more black and you can see the lines of the makeup on her forehead up at her hairline and around her neck quite often and she makes her skin several shades darker so she can claim to be black
