Insane joo lady at work makes the rounds to all of the white males. Finds a reason to work closely with one, being nice and sweet then some how transforms that relationship hostile finding a reason to yell at them. Accuse them of typical liberal Shiite. HR knows and basically just tries to placate her. Her work is crap, but the worse it is the less anyone wants to clean up after her, so she's stuck with it until we throw the mess out.
I've warned the new hires and keep an eye on how work is assigned.
Technically she cannot assign anyone work, but it's a small shop and we all make do. Except for her, she specifically is scolded for not following the process. I keep a record of what work is delayed because of these mistakes and bring it up every time.
It's all working out. Her current conquest is a Chinese guy, she hasn't been able to make a connection with the newer hires.
People need to stop being afraid of stalkers and just carry a gun and if they cross the line shoot them. You can't say you're afraid of somebody else and therefore that person should be locked up. And just because somebody calls you nasty names or threatens certain things and stuff like that can't mean that they get locked up because if that's the case the horrible communist like Merrick Garland who run our country and our justice department we'll start using any bad things that you've ever said about anybody to claim your stalker and give them one more reason to lock you up. Remember we live in a free society where the onus is on the person to defend themselves and that's one of the reasons that we have the written ability in our constitution to carry arms so we can defend ourselves it's not the only reason as we all know it's also to defend against an overly aggressive government but it's one of the reasons. In the 1700s men were expected to be able to defend themselves and defend their women. They had dueling they had other things and this is how these things are supposed to be handled. If you've got somebody you believe is a threat to your life then if they're in the act of doing something that might threaten your life then you shoot them dead.
And I'll also add people need to stop enticing stalkers and then getting mad when they have them. Women who get online and build a whole business based on the fact that they're telling a million people that they love them and they're looking at them as a lover would look at another lover in real life and they're doing it over the screen and they're doing this and they're making money from it and they're not understanding that they're going to be people out there who actually believe them when they look in the camera and they say I love you too whatever number fans they have. That's not something that should be happening online over video. And you can't be trying to make a living telling half a million or a million people that you love them online and then being upset when some of them actually believe you. Maybe that's not a good way to make a living. Maybe that in itself is a bad thing to do. Maybe you'd have less stalkers if you didn't do that.
I'm sure that's not the case in all these situations but I do think it's certainly the case in many of the celebrity cases or celebrities have stalkers and it's because they've been online looking in a camera and fully knowing that a million people are going to believe that they love them when they say they love them into the camera and they're trying to do it as convincingly as possible for money and then they're upset when some people believe them.

Besides, someone who wants to stalk you will be encouraged by your fear and submission. Work out in your mind how you will handle things if they cross the line, then you're on their side, confidently encouraging them to not cross the line because the outcome would be bad for everyone.
