The weather up there is very similar to the weather here in the harbor. I swear, the weather here is pretty hard to beat, except for that one week out of the year when it gets upward of 90f and we gotta run the AC.
That's thanks to both California policies and the utter retardation of people who build houses in wildfire zones with zero mitigation. It's a minimum of 100 feet of layered defenses, but people want their houses surrounded with fuel. Then they act all surprised when they burn to death along with their house.

Looked that guy up when you posted it before. One of the reasons I believe the "Patriot" groups are fake and homosexual (literally, in the case of the Pride Boys) is they don't hit these enemy researchers and strategists.
Deliberately failing is a curious strategy. Imagine where the Russians would be if they hadn't been hitting the jews radars and command posts.
North of the SF bay, the weather is colder and rainier. South of the lower end of Big Sur is untenable degeneracy that no weather can mitigate. More than a couple miles inland anywhere and you may as well be living in Texas.

I've heard this is the typical temperature range for a summer day. Low to mid 50s at night, low to mid 70s in the day.
It's pretty far left in both senses. Guys are in jail for tire marks on a BMs matter street painting. Not very many BMs though.
