This is why they browser extension which labeled every person who is Jewish with parentheses had to be yanked from the market by the jews. It instantly made it obvious that people who always argued certain sides of everything we're in fact uniformly acting in Jewish interests. For one, Google etc. probably had to add special searches to detect it. The usual indexers ignore symbols and just look at words. I would bet you there is code in Google's indexer that specifically matches the echo notation.
