I don't watch nigger ball, so I had to look some shit up. Minimum is $1,017,781. He can be traded and used as a bargaining chip. I can't find the player requirements. That leads me to the next question, does everyone in the draft NEED to be chosen? What do they do with the balance, reading the rules it appears as if everyone IS chosen, I would say that is everyone can play the game.
