It's not a female; also spic. It's spics and niggers that do this. But if you want to know the history behind it, it's because people who work often times break their fingernails while working. Rich people who didn't have to work would grow their fingernails out as long as they could as a sign of how little work they had to do, thus how rich they were.

How do you classify this as a disability? A fingernail can just as easily be cut off and then it's right back to business. I don't think you should lump it in the same category as missing a limb.

Disabled, in the sense that their abilities are impaired. Not permanent, since removing the impairment can potentially restore the abilities.

Also, "worlds longest fingernails" are like 6 or 8 feet long. An image search yields some pretty disturbing results.
