If you see a story posted on 4chan, it's probably fake. 4chan is a troll site, and it's filled of complicated and intricate ways to troll people. One established method is to make up a bullshit story with the hopes it gets screencapped and virally shared. If this guy's tale was true, and had happened to even one person in the world, the kike press would have swarmed in a frenzy. We would know their life story by now, like those idiots who ate fish tank cleaner. But I didn't hear anything about this. Statistically speaking, if this was an actual Ivermectin side effect, there would be way more cases than just one faggot on a backchannel website.

It's fake, and it was probably written by a kike. The focus on shit is a huge tell in that regard. They just can't help but talk about doo doo. 4chan gave this person a blank canvas of the mind on which to paint, and his first instinct was to smear shit on it. Classic jew move.

I read up on side effects. If you do this amount you'll start to lose vision and or have kidney toxicity. If you continue to eat another tube, even after you are feeling very sick and can't see, you may die. Nothing about intestine problems. Just blurry vision, temporary blindness, organ failure, then if you keep packing it in, death.
