Being chased down the street by mortar rounds, trying to stay ahead of their last correction, while under direct observation, is no fun.

Mixed unit. Some US and some locals. Different levels of training. Like the ones that received cover from the near-side element crossing a linear danger area between the buildings, and then not stopping at the corner of the next building and like-wise providing cover for the trail element to cross. That's a serious fucking personal "Blue Falcon" violation. No US troop worth a damn would have done that. You even heard one of them call them out on it. You might get away with it once in a while, but sooner or later, you don't. Good habits can save you, and bad habits means that somebody ends up getting it in the neck. And it's probably not going to be the guy that fucked up.
