Oh dear. Hope it was fast.

They got what they deserved for boarding a death trap. This wasn’t the first time they lost contact with the sub.

Yes if there's a debris field it imploded. If it was still solid then it would have had a crack in the water jet would have sliced everybody into pieces inside.

I hope the anti-white scum suffered badly.

Sounds horrific, but quick. More merciful than sitting in a capsule in the dark waiting for death.

Serious question if it did implode at 2.4 miles deep what happens to the bodies? Do they liquefy? Do they explode?

Wouldn't they become somewhat of a 'concentrate' at that depth? Probably not 'shrunken heads on a keychain' tier, but that's a lot of pressure.

[ - ] Nosferatjew 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 22, 2023 18:08:46 ago (+1/-0)

Considering the human body is mostly water, and water doesn't compress, it's reasonable to suspect that the bodies wouldn't shrink due to water pressure. Any part of the body filled with air, lungs, inner ear, colon, etc., would definitely undergo a rapid change in shape/size though.

Water does compress. The molecules get closer together. There would be a period of pressure equalization in which the skull and torso would probably be crushed.

akchually

Ok, bro. Technically, water can be compressed, but at the depth of the Titanic wreck, roughly 4km, there is not enough pressure for the amount of compression of the water to be noticable. We're talking less than 1% change in volume, closer to, but probably still less than, .1%. So, the compression of water in the human body that would occur due to the catastophic and sudden implosion of the submarine, and the immediate exposure of said human body to the amount of pressure found that deep in the ocean, is extremely negligible, to the point of almost immeasurable.

Okay I suppose you are right
