Rumors about military/National Guard being deployed into US cities being related to cyber attacks.

Wondering if anyone has seen or heard anything related to this? Klaus Schwab said a year or so ago that cyber-attacks were the next big thing. Supposedly several US cities have had their systems locked with ransomware and it's going to be used to justify military presence in those cities and martial law.

Constantly having major, unannounced military drills in large cities serves to desensitize the population to actual military incursions.

Just yesterday a guy that I work with was talking about the military deployment that has been going on all over the country. I don't know if he knew what he was talking about or not, but maybe there is something to it.
