No religion follows genuine texts only. Christian Protestantism tries to do this and fails roughly, obviously, because the words of the Bible are mostly vague and need interpretations. Back to Islam, by "Quoran teachings" we must understand in practice it is an interpretation of Quoran by a Mufti.
