Yes, it's a daunting matter to face in the beginning at it gets easier as time goes by.
Learn to cook for yourself. It may surprise you to learn that, with a little time and effort, you can turn out food that is significantly better than restaurant quality in addition to being cheaper and more nutritious.
Just prepared my main meal a few minutes ago and I know you're interested - beans, carrots, cheese - all drenched with olive oil. Nowhere near as fancy as when the missus does it but I'm living rough at the moment.
I don't buy seed oils, I'm buying more fresh meat and veggies and less processed food, and I'm growing my own garden. Within 5 years I plan to be homesteading with a community of traditionalist Pagans, or at least traditionalist white people. The more you can escape the system, the better.
I did this a little over three years ago, got some friends and family into it. Growing your own food is such a cathartic experience I suggest to everyone.
The kikes make the healthy stuff more expensive for a reason, and even some of the "healthy" stuff is only advertised that way. Actually healthy food usually costs more time than money.
Yes, but it doesn't mean you still can't forgo all the unhealthy food you may buy and only get healthy food. You will likely see your food budget balance out doing that.
As I said, it's the time more than the money. Microwaves are 3-5 minutes, fast food is 5-10, home cooked meals are 30-60, plus the extra mental effort of keeping track of many different ingredients vs the simplicity of just grabbing whole meals at a time. And growing it yourself is a whole hobby worth of time and money on top of that, more if you're doing livestock too. But the more bored I get with mental goyslop, the more time I'm willing to invest to get away from physical goyslop.
I cook at home and most meals take 15-20 minutes to make. Steak takes 7 minutes plus 5 minutes' resting time. The ingredients are salt to season it and butter to cook it in.

Better yet, get a wife to cook for you!
