Well, to make effective propaganda (or compelling arguments in general), you should consider three questions:

1. Who is my target audience
2. What existing view(s) do they have which I can use to make this relatable?
3. What is the message or association which I want to induce or amplify?

The first two are covered fine in this image: The target audience are disgruntled citizens who are sick of having bullshit pushed on them, and the existing view is that radical faggotry has become oppressive and dangerous.

Where it goes wrong is the third one. What is this supposed to convince them of? Nazis bad? Left is Nazi? To what end? As mentioned, these are false associations which we shouldn't be pushing. They only distract and blind them to actual threats and dangers.

You could just replace the SS officer with a communist, as was suggested. But, as you said, that has been watered down so much that it might not be effective. Also, I think it's just too abstract of a threat to be taken seriously or be actionable.

A better option might be some green-haired SJW, or black-hooded anarchist. Or maybe some cops, with similar visual cues of leftism, and rainbow colored uniforms. Or perhaps a crazy-eyed doctor, wearing a surgical mask, holding a syringe with tranny symbols on it, with labels on his lab coat like "Gender Reassignment Expert" and "Sponsored by Pfizer", standing at the doorway of a home, saying: "We've had disturbing reports that you're harboring cis-gendered children. You don't mind if I check under your floorboards, do you?"

Any of those would be relatable and create more useful associations than the OP. And having them them mention checking under floorboards, just looking the way they do, without an SS uniform, would subvert the "Nazi bad" meme instead of reinforcing it.
