Silly communists cannot differentiate a hobby from actual work. Volunteering for something is not the same as employment.

But we're in 2023 now, and reality is far more malleable than it used to be. If men can become women, then unpaid volunteers can surely become employees unfairly denied paychecks.

If my employees tried to unionize, I would have to accidentally misplace a decimal, then suddenly have to downsize, and lay all of them off. Then I'd discover and correct the "accounting error", and have to hire new employees right away.

The bad thing is that they will probably get end up getting a union. Then they will be able to have more authority over a site than the people who Own the site!
