And it drastically skews the results too. On average, the typical White dad is around and plays with his kid to some extent. On average, the typical black dad isn't. In order to make "black father present" the average, you have to chop off like 1-2 sigma of the normal curve. Lop off the same "lower participation" part of the White curve, and you have highly-involved White fathers, which are certainly more participatory (otherwise they wouldn't have to lie about the stats to make the case for black fathers).

This is the culmination of 160 years of nigger worship. There's a great article posted in 1861 before the Civil War about nigger worship and how dangerous it was.

How about the employment rate, income of these fathers?

Something tells me black fathers are more unemployed with less work obligations than other races, to spend more time with their family. Not even taking in the ridiculous difference rates of black vs non-black fathers that are actually with their children. Black would rank the highest, so the ones that actually stay with their children would be an exception to the mean, so they would be outliers and not generlizble to the rest of the population.
