In a manner of speaking cops are shit. A pigpen is full of shit. They are full of shit. America, even if it has better de jure rights (the pigs can figure ways around those or just outright violate them to compensate - especially in cases of 'national security' natch) is especially full of pigs, prisons, and prisoners. But Milwaukee, even if it has obvious other problems, is not specific to that. As my video demonstrated it may be better by drone or video though. But a lot of places are like that. Mount Rushmore for example in my opinion.
