Well... Politifact says that HIV has not increased by 500% in the military. What this means to me is that HIV has probably increased in the military after the jab roll out. The Politifact article "debunking" this claim does admit there has been a 30% increase in HIV infections diagnosed in the military. In all fairness they say there has been a decrease in 2022.

Just the fact they wrote an article attempting to label as "false" the assertion of increased cases of HIV related to the jab roll out tells me just the opposite must be true.

I think it was because they were trying to hide the fact that the sars cov 2 virus was made in a lab with HIV genes among other things. One of the vaxxes revealed that because it mimicked the virus too closely
