How is using a gay lisp in the workplace not sexual harassment?

If I walked around talking about or referencing some sex act, I would be fired for creating a hostile workplace environment under Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (sexual harassment.)

How is using a gay lisp not the same thing? It creates a hostile workplace (wokeplace) environment for me.
