We didn't realize this either until one of our newborns was evidently allergic to something in their mother's milk diet - so we cut out milk, soy, wheat, and nuts.

Let me tell you. Soy and corn is in everything. And it's all Monsanto soy and corn so it's giving you pesticides to boot.

Allergy was a blessing in disguise.

[ - ] anon 2759349 5 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 21:33:29 ago (+5/-0)

what's wrong with nuts? no fucking way any human is naturally allergic to nuts, we've been eating them non-stop consistently since we were monkeys. it's induced from vaccines, basically all allergies are.

[ - ] anon 2728679 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 21:50:36 ago (+1/-0)

Not sure if allergic to nuts or not. Testing for allergies is a hail mary. And when it works you tend to just keep rolling with whatever obscure diet.

That said, I'm a big believer in nuts. One walnut halve every day.

As I recall, nuts have anti-nutrients in the skin. To remove, I believe the best thing to do is soak them. There's a "reset diet" called the Whole30, and while almond butter is forbidden, almond milk is allowed and I'm pretty sure it's because of the anti-nutrients in the skin (the almonds are soaked and the skin is removed).

Monsanto is now Bayer Monsanto, before that, Bayer was known as I.G. Farben. Same I.G. Farben that bankrolled Hitler's rise to power.

The same jew company that gave us WW2 is facilitating the soyification of America.

Cook for yourself it's the only way to make sure your food isn't poisoned.

[ - ] anon 1552245 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 20:38:43 ago (+2/-0)

Within 5 years you'll have to grow and raise your own. Already getting to that point if you're not careful about where you get your ingredients.

[ - ] anon 1709163 0 points 1.9 yearsJun 10, 2023 06:31:35 ago (+0/-0)

You still have to watch ingredients carefully though. Mayo = soy oil. So basically never use mayo. Or at least halve it with 1 part plain greek yogurt (good mix in almost anything that has mayo).

[ - ] anon 2884055 0 points 1.9 yearsJun 10, 2023 07:27:00 ago (+0/-0)

There's an expensive avocado based mayo that doesn't have soy in it.

[ - ] anon 2862982 5 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 17:14:11 ago (+5/-0)

I've known this for a decade welcome to the club - plus you forgot 'sugar'as well as numerous synthetic chemical additives and preservatives.

[ - ] anon 2432684 4 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 16:03:07 ago (+4/-0)

chances are high that when it says "vegetable oil" it made from soy as well.

[ - ] anon 1975287 7 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 16:38:28 ago (+7/-0)

There ,is no such thing as vegetable oil. That's a feel-good name for toxic seed oil, especially soy and canola.

[ - ] anon 3512075 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 19:24:12 ago (+2/-0)

Only thing worse than seed oil is seed oil that has been in a hot fryer for the last 7 days. Restaurants only change it on a weekly basis, if that.

[ - ] anon 2884055 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 10, 2023 07:31:14 ago (+1/-0)

Those same oils oxidize rapidly and go bad. Did you know they're loaded with deodorizers to hide the smell? All it takes is for light to shine on them in their clear packaging and they start to oxidize. This is because they're mostly polyunsaturated fats. It's the same reason I stay away from salmon and other cold water fish. Their oil is tailored to their environment, fantastic to keep the oil at a low viscosity in the cold, but degenerates rapidly in heat.

[ - ] anon 4281826 4 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 15:59:01 ago (+4/-0)

canned fish.

4 varieties are being sold

one of them with soy oil.

the three others sold out, shelf full of soy variety.

onw week later, soy variety gone, only three other versions available now

XD none likes that shit here in Germany.

Protest by boycotting. find german snacks without soy and buy those.

[ - ] anon 4829036 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 18:37:27 ago (+2/-0)

But it was organic soy lecithin!

Government schools laid the ground work in early 70's with the pyramid,4 food groups, etc.
It stuck like a bowie knife.
Then they started twisting, the wound increased and was filled with nutrition lies.
Proof is there, fat slugs in 3rd grade the last 30+yrs

[ - ] anon 3754937 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 18:15:58 ago (+2/-0)

Try finding salad dressing without soybean oil. Hint, avocado oil and olive oil dressings generally use more than one oil.

[ - ] anon 1975287 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 19:29:00 ago (+1/-0)

You have to buy the good stuff, and even then you can't be sure.
The good stuff with balsamic vinegar is good.

[ - ] anon 1552245 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 20:41:23 ago (+1/-0)

I literally had to start making buttermilk/sour cream ranch at home to avoid this.

[ - ] anon 1644941 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 15:45:23 ago (+2/-0)

Also pay attention to the changes in serving size vs calories.
The former has decreased in many instances while the latter has largely remained the same, meaning they've slipped in more without you noticing.

[ - ] anon 2681383 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 15:33:56 ago (+2/-0)

And wtf is "safflower"?

[ - ] anon 1975287 2 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 16:42:25 ago (+2/-0)

Safflower is a thistle relative grown for oil. It is high in linoleic acid.
Linoleic acid is a component of quick-drying oils, which are useful in oil paints and varnishes.
Toxic.

Seed oils are poison. The only oils I ever have in my house are coconut and olive oil (palm fruit oil is acceptable, too). I sometimes have sesame oil on hand, but that's because I'd rather do oil pulling with sesame oil instead of coconut oil.

What about avocado oil?ยน

[ - ] SilentByAssociation 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 11, 2023 06:06:25 ago (+1/-0)

Avocado oil is cool. It is not derived from the seed. I'm not a big fan of avocado oil's flavor so that escaped me.

[ - ] anon 3585525 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 17:44:15 ago (+1/-0)

Why is soy and corn in everything!

Also, support our farmers because they're so based!

[ - ] anon 1552245 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 20:42:31 ago (+1/-0)

It's government subsidies and corporate agribusiness doing that shit. Go down to your local farmer's market and you will see almost no soy or corn.

[ - ] anon 3585525 0 points 1.9 yearsJun 10, 2023 20:00:34 ago (+0/-0)

Am I the only one who lives in a truly rural, farming community? Yes, big ag is a thing, but a lot of these multi generational farms are family owned and deviously Democrat. There's even one that's flying the fag flag right fucking now. I do shop at the farmers market, and there are a ton of great subsistence farmers who have a little leftover to sell, but if you assume Earl on the tractor is based just because, you might have another thing coming.

[ - ] anon 1552245 0 points 1.9 yearsJun 10, 2023 22:33:25 ago (+0/-0)

I don't but have friends who do, and I'm in a smallish city with farmland an hour or so in almost every direction. Yeah, there are some leftists in the rural parts, but the rural areas like 70-80% Republican while my city is probably 55% Democrat. There have been a few times I've worn based shirts to the farmers market and had the hipster leftist customers give me weird looks while a few of the farmers said they loved my shirt.

@master_foo

You say christ cucks are the weakness but look at what the super market is doing

[ - ] Master_Foo 4 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 20:29:40 ago (+4/-0)

Don't kid yourself. If Jesus knew about soy, the story in the bible would be about how that hippy faggot cast a magical spell and made enough tofurky appear to feed 5,000 jews. And it would be called "the sermon on The mount of soy beans".

[ - ] anon 1499742 1 point 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 21:07:57 ago (+1/-0)

Oh no I'm not defending Christianity. I am just saying, the supermarket bringing soy comforts is just as much of an issue as anything else that can be brought up. Have you been to church ever? Most mega churches have lots of unhealthy foods that they pass out. You may be onto something

[ - ] Master_Foo 3 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 21:19:04 ago (+3/-0)

The Bible says "Don't eat delicious pork chops and lobster".
It's quiet on the issue of soy.
Hmmm... sounds like a book about Jews to me.

[ - ] anon 1499742 0 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 21:35:22 ago (+0/-0)

Well to be fair christ cucks do not follow that bullshit. Most you'll see them do diet wise is temperance. Most christ cucks are quite fat. They'll eat just about anything. They go to the supermarket and feast. There is little reason to question your beliefs when food is so abundant.

[ - ] anon 1552245 0 points 1.9 yearsJun 9, 2023 20:40:37 ago (+0/-0)

Nobody ever said christ cucks were the only weakness. The kike is a 6000 tailed scorpion.

Do you have to eat a lot of organ meat? Also do you raise your own meat?
