Living more plainly and modestly and not always showing off your 5000 dollar watch is the better way and the whiter way.
I agree with that, I've never liked wearing jewelry. I don't even like wearing my wedding ring, which causes a conundrum for me because I also don't like not wearing it for sentimental reasons
Rockwell died in the 60s so I'd assume if his watch was glowing it was made with Radium. Which stopped being used in the production of watches after everyone working on them came down with cancer and other serious radiation related illnesses. I'm not super familiar with tritium or its manufacturing processes but it's cool to know they make them. Maybe someday I'll get one.
