Modern dentistry is part of the problem, not the solution. The item that tops the list being fluoride. If you regularly go to a dentist or are considering going to a dentist, think about seeking out a biological dentist (or holistic dentist).

Good god. What a whack a too. Have all the teeth pulled and get dentures cause you might get cancer. Most breast cancer is in the elderly. Something's going to kill you. Don't let it be hypochondria.

Oral bacteria are the cause of many diseases, as stated in the article.
Simple prevention - stop eating sugar. It feeds the bad bacteria.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with hydrogen peroxide every day.

About 5 years ago, I went to a dentist to get a broken tooth repaired. The dentist and her assistant both rolled their eyes when I told them I hadn't seen a dentist for about 20 years.
After my exam, she said I had excellent dental health and that cleaning was "optional".
I told her I rinsed with peroxide every day.
She said, "Don't tell anyone, it will put us out of business".
They know. Treating patients is more profitable than curing them.

I must have different shaped teeth than you, or eat more overcooked lamb than you, because I get so much food stuck between my teeth it's comical, particularly meat.

That's something I'm adding to my routine. Around and below my permanent retainer (which only lasts 10-20 years) I noticed some calculus built up earlier this year. Tea tree oil has removed 80% of it already.

I'm getting the rest of the buildup removed and then having the permanent retainer taken out. It's an annoyance.
